Introduction

My menus are just suggestions. I have linked recipes where I could. If something is in italics, then there is a link. Other times I have listed recipes or explained them. I do side dishes that work for my family. You do what you like and what works for you. Also, if you have a large family, you may have to double some recipes. Or you may have to half a recipe if you are cooking for fewer. We eat a lot of leftovers, so plan accordingly.

You will notice that there are not 14 days of meals. That’s because I do allow days for leftovers, for going out once or twice, or for special events that we may have. My daughter and I also take turns cooking Sunday lunch for the family, so when it is her week, I don’t have to plan for that meal. Also, for me, I plan for lunch and dinner on Sundays. I purchase lunch items for the work days, but I don’t plan meals for work lunches.
